The team are delighted to see the formwork emerging of the two interlocking pitched rooves, which meet at a strip of rooflights in the centre. These will draw natural light deep in to the floor plan, illuminating the circulation spaces below. Generous ceilings heights will provide impressive living spaces filled with space and light into the unique ground level dwelling. Heat pumps and MVHR will heat and ventilated the property, which is highly insulated to further retain and reduce the energy consumption of the building.
